Counselling, Psychotherapy and ADHD Coaching in London and Online

Whether you're looking for talking therapy, an ADHD assessment, coaching, or a combination of the above, I offer a flexible, integrative approach tailored to what you need. I'm based in East London and work with clients both in person and online, so you can choose whatever works best for you.

To make sure we're the right fit, I offer a free 15-minute initial consultation before we begin any formal work together. This is a conversation where you can ask questions, share a little about what's brought you here, and get a feel for how I work, with no obligation to continue.

Counselling and Psychotherapy

Counselling and psychotherapy offer a confidential space to talk through what's going on for you, whether that's anxiety, low mood, life transitions, relationship difficulties, or simply feeling stuck. Together, we explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace, working towards greater self-understanding and meaningful change. I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, adapting my style to what suits you rather than fitting you into a single method.

ADHD Assessment

An ADHD assessment is a structured process to explore whether ADHD traits are affecting your life, and to help you understand yourself more clearly, whether or not a formal diagnosis follows. Drawing on my clinical training on Harley Street and within the NHS and adherence to NICE, AQAS, and NHS standards, I offer thorough, respectful assessments for adults.

An assessment includes an in-depth clinical interview, evidence-based screening tools, and a detailed written report with personalised recommendations.

Please note:

I am not a medical doctor and cannot prescribe medication. If your assessment suggests medication may be helpful, I can refer you to a trusted prescribing medical professional who can discuss this with you and arrange a prescription if appropriate.

ADHD Coaching

ADHD coaching is a practical, forward-focused way of working that helps you build strategies for the challenges ADHD can bring, such as time management, organisation, motivation, or emotional regulation. I bring both professional training and lived experience to this work, helping you find approaches that genuinely fit how your brain works.

The one-to-one ADHD coaching sessions are designed to support your unique ADHD-related goals. I offer a 50-minute session, structured to offer clarity, accountability, and practical strategies tailored to your individual needs.

Integrative Counselling & Coaching

For many clients, meaningful work happens when emotional understanding and practical strategy sit side by side. My integrative counselling approach brings these together within the same practice.

This might mean exploring where a pattern or belief began in one session, and building effective techniques to manage it day-to-day in the next. My approach is a genuinely person-centred way of working, shaped around your needs rather than a set structure.

Sessions & Fees

I offer two distinct types of service:

therapeutic sessions (counselling, psychotherapy and ADHD coaching), and ADHD assessments.

Counselling, Psychotherapy & ADHD Coaching

Whether we're working on counselling, psychotherapy, ADHD coaching, or an integrative blend of the two, sessions follow the same structure. This allows you to move between modalities and approaches as your needs change and develop.

  • All sessions: 50 minutes – £95

If you're not sure where to start, I offer a free 15-minute initial consultation so we can talk through what you're looking for before committing to ongoing sessions.

ADHD Assessment

I offer ADHD assessments either online or in person.

  • Online ADHD Assessment & Detailed Diagnostic Report (non-prescribing). NICE Compliant — £595. Typically conducted over a two-hour appointment.
  • In-person ADHD Assessment & Detailed Diagnostic Report (non-prescribing). NICE Compliant — £795. Typically conducted over a two-hour appointment.

I offer a limited number of concessionary rates. Please get in touch to discuss your circumstances and to arrange a cost that works for you.

Get in Touch

Reaching out is often the hardest step, particularly if you're new to counselling, coaching, or unsure which one is right for you. There's no need to have it all figured out before you get in touch — that's exactly what our free 15-minute initial consultation is for. It's a relaxed, no-obligation conversation where you can ask questions, share a little about what's brought you here, and get a feel for how I work before committing to anything further.

Whether you're exploring counselling and psychotherapy, curious about ADHD coaching, considering an ADHD assessment, or simply not sure where to start, every inquiry is welcome. I aim to respond to all enquiries as promptly as I can, and everything you share is treated with confidentiality and care.

Appointments are available in person in East London or online via a secure video platform.
