An Integrative, Inclusive Approach to Therapy and Coaching

I work integratively, combining counselling and psychotherapy with ADHD coaching, so the way we work together can be flexible around what you actually need, session to session. My work draws on person-centred, cognitive behavioural (CBT) and Gestalt approaches, alongside ADHD coaching approaches and practical strategies, rather than relying on one particular way of working.

What "Integrative" Means in Practice

Some weeks, our work might look more like traditional counselling or psychotherapy, where we explore feelings, patterns, relationships and past experiences. At other times, it might be more practical, perhaps developing ADHD-friendly strategies, building routines and structures, working through a specific challenge, setting goals or finding ways to make everyday tasks feel more manageable.

The person-centred approach keeps you and your individual experience at the heart of our work. CBT can help us explore connections between thoughts, feelings and behaviours, while Gestalt can help us pay attention to what is happening for you in the here and now, including patterns you may be becoming more aware of. ADHD coaching brings a practical, strengths-based dimension to this work, helping you develop strategies that fit how you think, work, and live.

Many people benefit from a combination of these approaches rather than just one. This can be especially helpful for ADHD and neurodivergence more broadly, where emotional well-being and the practical realities of day-to-day life are often closely intertwined.

Where and How We Work

I see clients both in-person from my consulting room in London and online, so you can choose whatever feels most comfortable and practical for you. Every relationship starts with a free 15-minute initial consultation. An initial consultation gives us a chance to meet, for you to ask anything you'd like, and for us to decide together whether working together feels right, before any commitment is made.

If you feel ready to start your counselling or coaching journey, please get in touch to arrange an initial consultation.

“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I change.”
